TIMING.The Henkel Consumer Adhesives, Inc. “Duck® Tape Club Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) is a monthly Sweepstakes that begins at 12:01:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on the first day of each month, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET, on the last day of each month (each a “Sweepstakes Period”).  Entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period to be considered.

SPONSOR.The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Henkel Consumer Adhesives, Inc., 32150 Just Imagine Drive, Avon, Ohio 44011-1355 (“Sponsor”).

ELIGIBILITY.The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada, including the District of Columbia, but excluding Province of Quebec and Puerto Rico, 14 years of age or older at the time of entry.  Employees of Sponsor, their family members, and persons living in the same household as employees or their family members are not eligible.  All federal, state and local laws apply.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES.Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and all decisions of Sponsor.

HOW TO ENTER. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER INDIVIDUAL EMAIL ADDRESS.To enter, entrants must register to be a member of the Duck Tape Club.  To register, entrants should visit the Duck Tape Club website, located at http://www.ducktapeclub.com and click on the “Sign In/Join” link.  Entrants should click where indicated to join, and enter the required information into the pop-up window.  Not all fields must be completed, but required information is necessary to register.  Required information includes entrant’s first name, last name, email address, and age.  An entry will be submitted when a user completes all of the required fields and clicks “Submit.”  Upon submitting the required information, entrant will be registered for free membership in the Duck Tape Club, and will be given One (1) entry into the Duck Tape Club Sweepstakes for the Sweepstakes Period in which the registration was submitted.  In the event that entrant’s contact information changes during the Sweepstakes Period, it is entrant’s responsibility to notify Sponsor of such change.

DRAWING.Each month, One (1) entry will be selected at random from all eligible entries received within a Sweepstakes Period on or about 12:00:00 p.m. ET on the first day of the month immediately following the applicable Sweepstakes Period, at Henkel Consumer Adhesives, Inc., 32150 Just Imagine Drive, Avon, Ohio USA.  Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements of these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration of the Sweepstakes and prize awards are final.  Sponsor will notify the winner by email in accordance with the information provided by the entrant.  Winner, or if winner is a minor, winner’s Parent or Guardian must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Publicity/Liability Release (“Release”) (except where prohibited by law) via pre-paid overnight courier within Seven (7) days of receipt or winner may be disqualified, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.  In the event that any prize notification is undeliverable or Sponsor is unable to contact a winner, the prize may be forfeited.  Where a prize is forfeited, an alternate winner will be chosen at random from the remaining eligible entries.

PRIZES.  During a Sweepstakes Period, one (1) Winner will win a Duck Tape Club T-shirt.  The approximate retail value of the prize is $25.00. All prizes will be awarded.  If winner is a minor, prize will be awarded in the name of the Parent or Guardian.  Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.  Prize is not transferable or substitutable, except Sponsor retains the right in its sole discretion to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.  All taxes and other expenses are the sole responsibility of the prize winners.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS.  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes or any portion hereof, or to disqualify any individual implicated in any of the following actions, if for any reason:  (a) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, (b) the Sweepstakes or any website associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper processing of entries per these Official Rules, or (c) the Sweepstakes is otherwise not capable of running as planned.  By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and each of its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotional agencies, wholesalers and retailers, contractors, sub-contractors, and each of the foregoing entities’ employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents (collectively the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all claims, actions and/or liability for any injuries, illness or death, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in and/or entry into the Sweepstakes or acceptance, delivery or use of any prize.  The Released Parties are not responsible or liable for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, and assume no responsibility for (i) any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in operation or transmission at any website, (ii) failure of any entry to be received by Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, (iii) communications line, hardware and/or software failures, (iv) damage to any computer (software or hardware) resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes, (v) theft or destruction of, tampering with, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries and/or entry information, or (vi) entries which are late, lost, stolen, damaged, illegible, and/or unintelligible (or any combination thereof).  By entering, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules.  Any entrant who attempts to tamper with this Sweepstakes in any way shall be disqualified.  In the event of dispute as to who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry.  “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address in question.  Additional restrictions may apply.

PRIVACY Notice:  By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to Sponsor’s use of your information as described in the Duck Tape Club website privacy policy located at  http://www.ducktapeclub.com/privacy.asp.  Because entry into the Sweepstakes registers you as a member of Duck Tape Club, Sponsor will retain your email address, and you will periodically receive email messages from Sponsor or its agents in accordance with that privacy policy and your choices at our website.

PRIZE WINNERS AND OFFICIAL RULES.  A copy of these Official Rules and the Sweepstakes results may be obtained by visiting www.ducktapeclub.com or by writing to “Duck® Tape Club Members Only Sweepstakes,” 32150 Just Imagine Drive, Avon, OH 44011-1355.  Sweepstakes results will be available 15 days after the close of a Sweepstakes Period.  Requests must indicate the specific Sweepstakes Period requested, and must be received within 90 days from the end of that specific Sweepstakes Period.
