TIMING. The Henkel Consumer Adhesives, Inc. "Duck Tape Club® Quarterly Rock Tapewright Adventure Contest" ("Contest") is a quarterly contest that begins at 12:01:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on the first day of each quarter beginning January 1, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET, on the last day of each quarter ("Contest Period"). Entries must be submitted by the end of the Contest Period to be considered. Entries will only be considered for the Contest Period in which they were submitted online.

SPONSOR. The Contest is sponsored by Henkel Corporation, 32150 Just Imagine Drive, Avon, Ohio 44011-1355 ("Sponsor").

ELIGIBILITY. The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada, including the District of Columbia, but excluding Province of Quebec and Puerto Rico, 14 years of age or older at the time of entry ("Entrant"). Employees of Sponsor, their family members, and persons living in the same household as employees or their family members are NOT eligible. All federal, state and local laws apply.

ORIGINAL WORK/NO INFRINGEMENT. By entering the Contest, Entrant states that the Contest Entry is an original work, has not been previously published or won any award, and that Entrant is aware of no conflicting rights in the Contest Entry including but not limited to copyright or other intellectual property right. Entrant represents, states and agrees that his or her Contest Entry will not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party, including by way of example and not by limitation, any copyright, trademark or patent rights belonging to any third party.

PUBLICITY/USE OF NAME AND LIKENESS. Except where prohibited by law, entry in the Contest constitutes each Entrant's consent for Sponsor to use Entrant's name, city and state of residence, entry, likeness, photograph, image and Contest Entry for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media, online or offline, without further permission, consent, payment or other consideration, unless prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER. To enter, go to www.ducktapeclub.com and submit an original ending to the Duck Tape Club® Quarterly Rock Tapewright Adventure Strip, posted on the Internet at the Duck Tape Club® website, located at http://www.ducktapeclub.com.  Entrants can view the Rock Tapewright Adventure Strip each quarter by visiting the Duck Tape Club® website and clicking on the Rock Tapewright link. An incomplete Strip will be posted for each Contest Period. To be eligible, each Contest Entry must: (1) be no more than 250 words in length; (2) resolve the cliffhanger presented in the quarterly strip ("Solution"); (3) incorporate the use of Duck® Brand Duct Tape into the Solution and must incorporate the contents of Rock Tapewright's backpack, listed on the web site at the end of each current Rock Tapewright episode on this page - http://www.ducktapeclub.com/rock/; and (4) provide Entrant's first name, last name, email address, and age (collectively "Contest Entry" or "Contest Entries"). Limit one submission per Contest Period. Entrants may participate in subsequent Rock Tapewright's Quarterly Adventure Contests. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entry that Sponsor reasonably believes contains profanity or other offensive language, or that in any way may defame or jeopardize the good will or reputation of Sponsor or any third party.

CONTEST ENTRIES. Contest Entries become the sole property of Sponsor and none will be returned. By participating in the Contest, Entrant grants to Sponsor the non-exclusive, irrevocable worldwide right to use, publish and copy Contest Entry in any media, in whole or in part, without geographical limitation or compensation to Entrant, including by way of example and not by limitation, display at the Duck Tape Club® website, located at www.ducktapeclub.com.

JUDGING CRITERIA/NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS. Each quarter, One (1) Winner will be selected from among all eligible Contest Entries based on a composite score using the following criteria ("Judging Criteria"):

• Grammatical Correctness of Submission (25%)
• Originality of Submission (25%)
• Creative Use of Duck® Brand Duct Tape in Solution (25%)
• Ease of Contest Entry conversion to illustration in a Comic Strip Style (25%)

Sponsor will score all eligible Contest Entries based on the Judging Criteria and will select the winner on or about 12:00:00 p.m. ET on the tenth day of the quarter immediately following the applicable Contest Period, at Henkel Corporation, Inc., 32150 Just Imagine Drive, Avon, Ohio USA. In the event of a tie score between two or more Entrants, the Contest Entry that has the highest score in the category of Ease of Contest Entry Conversion to Illustration in a Comic Strip Style will be selected as the Winner. Sponsor will notify the Winner via email in accordance with the information provided by Entrant in the Contest Entry. It is Entrant's responsibility to ensure Sponsor has the correct email address. In the event that Entrant's email address changes during the Contest Period, it is Entrant's responsibility to notify Sponsor of such change. Entrant must confirm receipt of Sponsor's email within seven (7) days of the notice date or prize will be forfeited. Where a prize is forfeited, the Entrant with the next highest score in accordance with the Judging Criteria will be chosen as the alternate winner.

PRIZES. One (1) Winner will receive a Rock Tapewright Prize Package, including a Ogio® Back Pack, Duck Tape Club® apparel, a Trust E. Duck Plush Duck, and an array of Duck® brand duct tapes. The approximate retail value of the prize package $250.00. All prizes will be awarded. Where winner is a minor, prize will be awarded in the name of parent or guardian. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted, except a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted in the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All taxes and other expenses are the sole responsibility of Winners.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Participation in the Contest constitutes Entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation with these Official Rules. Entrants agree that Sponsor, its affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, agents or contractors and their employees, officers and directors shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this Contest. Because this is a contest of skill, odds of winning depend upon the eligible Contest Entries received and Entrants' final score, as determined by the Judging Criteria. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements of these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions as to the administration of the Contest and prize awards are final. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Contest should fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor impair the integrity of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on the Judging Criteria from the eligible Contest Entries received up to the time of impairment. BY RECEIPT OF ANY PRIZE, WINNER ACCEPTS THE PRIZE WITH NO FURTHER OBLIGATION FROM SPONSOR OR ITS AFFILIATES, AND AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AGENTS OR CONTRACTORS AND THEIR EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS ("RELEASED PARTIES") FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR CAUSES OF ACTION RELATING TO OR ARISING OUT OF ENTRY IN THE CONTEST OR RECEIPT OR POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE OR ELEMENT THEREOF. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegitimate, or impermissible submissions or mail; postage due mail; or any other error whether human, mechanical or electronic. Proof of sending or submitting a Contest Entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.

PRIZE WINNERS AND OFFICIAL RULES. A copy of these Official Rules and the Contest results may be obtained by visiting www.ducktapeclub.com or by writing to "Duck® Tape Rock Tapewright's Quarterly Adventure Contest," 32150 Just Imagine Drive, Avon, OH 44011-1355. Contest results will be available 15 days after the close of a Contest Period. Requests must indicate the specific Contest Period requested, and must be received within 90 days from the end of that specific Contest Period.
